UTXO Management collaborates with Sora Ventures and others to acquire a majority stake in Hong Kong Asia Holdings

According to Bitcoin Magazine, UTXO Management has partnered with Sora Ventures and others to acquire a majority stake (70.26%) in Hong Kong listed company, Hong Kong Asia Holdings. This acquisition marks the company's transformation, as it plans to rebrand itself as Moon Inc. The new leadership team plans to utilize their resources and expertise to explore Bitcoin and cryptocurrency investments, Web3 opportunities, and other innovative enterprises. In addition, the company will issue convertible notes worth HKD 33.75 million, and after the acquirer fully converts the convertible notes, the group's equity will increase to approximately 74%.
