At the opening of the US stock market, the Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 0.48%, the S&P 500 Index fell 1.12%, and the Nasdaq fell 1.6%. Tesla (TSLA. O) fell 5.45%, and Q1 deliveries are expected to decline by 8.5%. Trump Media Technology Group fell 2.77% as the company will go public on the New York Stock Exchange's Texas division. Gold ETF-SPDR rose 1.2%, and international gold prices broke through the $3100 mark during the day, now approaching $3120.
The Nasdaq fell to its lowest point in six months, with a latest drop of 2.3%.
