The Swedish parliament recently received a written inquiry, reigniting the debate on how the country manages its foreign exchange reserves. The inquiry was raised by Swedish parliamentarian Nordin, focusing on whether Sweden should consider including Bitcoin in its official foreign exchange reserves. He emphasized that some countries, especially El Salvador, have established Bitcoin as a legal tender. He further pointed out that central banks around the world are increasingly discussing Bitcoin and its impact on monetary policy, indicating that the concept of holding BTC may become an indispensable part of broader financial prevention strategies.
