Ethereum Foundation researcher: Ethereum execution layer expansion roadmap is progressing as planned

According to Foresight News, Vitalik Buterin, co-founder of Ethereum, forwarded an article by Toni Wahrst ä tter, a researcher at the Ethereum Foundation. He pointed out that Ethereum's execution layer expansion roadmap is progressing as planned, mainly including the following: continuously increasing gas restrictions (EIP-7935), historical expiration (EIP-4444), delayed execution (EIP-7886), block access list (EIP-7928), and block level preheating (EIP-7863). Expanding L1 is receiving attention, and with the progress of EIP-4444 and other plans for Glamsterdam, significant progress should be made in expansion by 2026 without compromising decentralization.
