According to The Block, trading platform eToro went public on NASDAQ on Wednesday, with its stock price rising by 29%. Prior to this, the company conducted an expanded initial public offering at a price of $52 per share. According to Yahoo Finance data, the company's stock code is ETO, closing at $67, providing cryptocurrency and stock trading services.
EToro announced on Tuesday that the issuance includes approximately 11.9 million Class A common shares, of which about half will be sold by the company and the remainder will be sold by existing shareholders. Goldman Sachs, Jefferies, UBS Investment Bank, and Citigroup led the underwriting, with Deutsche Bank Securities, Cantor, and Bank of America Securities also participating.
