In light of recent developments, the China Securities Regulatory Commission proposes to expand the existing list of restricted titles under the Securities and Futures Ordinance. In addition, it is suggested to extend the scope of restrictions to commonly used words with a similar meaning to "exchange", as well as words that refer to certain financial products and platforms regulated by the Securities and Futures Ordinance.
