BlockBeats News: On June 21st, according to Christine Kim's summary of the 214th Ethereum Executive Core Developer Conference (ACDE), the conference mainly discussed the scope of the Fusaka upgrade, the addition of EIP-7939, and a total of 12 EIPs: EIP-7594 (PeerDAS Peer Data Availability Sampling), EIP-7823 (MODEXP upper limit), EIP-7825 (Transaction Gas upper limit), EIP-7883 (ModExp Gas cost increase), EIP-7892 (Blob parameter hard fork only), EIP-7917 (Deterministic proposer foresight), EIP-7918 (Blob base fee subject to execution cost limit), EIP-7935 (default Gas limit set as XX0M), EIP-7951 (secp256r1 curve precompilation), EIP-7907 (contract code size measurement and limitation), EIP-7934 (RLP execution block size limitation), EIP-7939 (leading zero count opcode). Partial EIP adjustments include: further testing of pricing for EIP-7951, lowering the upper limit of contract size for EIP-7907 from 256 KB to 48 KB, reducing the basic cost of EIP-7918 Blob from 2 ^ 14 to 2 ^ 13, and incorporating the maximum Blob count parameter for EIP-7892 into EIP-7594. In terms of testing plan, Fusaka Devnet 2 is scheduled to launch on June 23rd, requiring at least three sets of CL and EL clients to be ready. Some adjustments have been postponed to Devnet 3, and the testing schedule has been extended. In addition, Glamsterdam proposes to add EIP-7745 (Trust Log Index) and EIP-7919 (Pureth, Key Proposal).
