[Liquid Staking Protocol Drop Announces Shutdown and Cancellation of TGE and Airdrop Plans] The Cosmos ecosystem liquid staking protocol, Drop Protocol, has announced that due to limitations in ecosystem direction and market conditions, its sustainable development path is not feasible. After evaluation, it has decided to proceed with an orderly shutdown. The shutdown process will remain transparent and take into account the interests of all parties. Some of Drop's assets still have active applications in the DeFi space, and efforts will be made to ensure service continuity in areas with high adoption rates. At the same time, Drop will no longer proceed with the token generation event (TGE) or the airdrop related to the Droplets program. It is currently exploring ways to allocate protocol revenue as compensation to participants of the program, with specific methods and claim details to be announced separately. At present, Drop has entered a stable transition phase of operations, with all dAssets included. The dTIA and deINIT services will be gradually discontinued, and the withdrawal function's opening time will be announced in advance. Support for dATOM and dNTRN will continue. Drop Protocol completed a $4 million seed funding round last October, led by CoinFund.
