Golden Finance reported that Nasdaq listed company OFA Group announced a $100 million commitment equity acquisition financing agreement with Ation Opportunity Fund LLC to establish a cryptocurrency treasury, with Bitwise serving as its strategic advisor. It is reported that the agreement can choose to increase the financing scale to $200 million upon mutual agreement. This fund will be used to implement cryptocurrency fund management strategies and establish a cryptocurrency treasury, with the expected strategic accumulation of BTC, SOL, and SUI.
