According to a report by Golden Finance, a senior Israeli official stated that after the latest version of the ceasefire agreement proposal was submitted to Israel and the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) by relevant mediators, significant progress has been made in Gaza ceasefire negotiations, and Prime Minister Netanyahu has approved the Israeli negotiation delegation to advance on multiple issues. It is reported that Israel has previously modified its military deployment plan during the proposed ceasefire period, with Israeli troops withdrawing from the "Morag Military Corridor". At the same time, Israel will establish a 1.5-kilometer-wide buffer zone along the Egypt Gaza border and set up a safety zone of about 1 kilometer wide in other areas of the Gaza Strip near the border. Officials told the media that Israel and Hamas have not yet reached an agreement on the proportion of personnel exchange between the two sides, and negotiations are expected to continue for at least a few more days.
