According to the official website of the People's Bank of China, the People's Bank of China, together with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of State Security, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, and the State Administration for Market Regulation, has jointly issued the 'Special Preventive Measures for Anti-Money Laundering Management (Draft for Public Comment),' now open to public feedback. The public can provide feedback via email, mail, or fax, with the deadline set for October 5, 2025. This measure aims to standardize anti-money laundering practices, implement relevant laws, and enhance international evaluation efforts.
