Two days ago, YZi Labs submitted a preliminary consent statement proposing to expand and restructure the board of directors. CEA Industries stated that its board members are primarily independent directors, in compliance with NASDAQ rules, capable of overseeing operations and creating shareholder value, and has established open communication channels with YZi to review related issues.
