Russia requires miners to report ASIC mining machine network addresses

According to Bits Media, on May 24th, the Russian government required miners and mining infrastructure operators to submit the network address information of ASIC mining machines to the tax department. The Russian Ministry of Finance stated that this move aims to simplify the regulation and investigation of digital asset trading violations, and assist power grid operators in monitoring the infrastructure load in mining intensive areas. The current regulations require miners to regularly update detailed information about mining machines, including manufacturer, model, computing power, etc.
