According to Golden Finance, law firm Burwick Law and Wolf Popper have expanded their lawsuit against Memecoin platform Pump.fun, listing Solana Foundation, Solana Labs, Jito Labs, and several executives as "conspirators", accusing them of illegal gambling, wire fraud, securities fraud, intellectual property theft, and unlicensed fund transfer. The indictment alleges that this platform is suspected of operating a "casino like" system, allowing for criminal activities such as money laundering, terrorist financing, and sex trafficking, and is also accused of assisting the North Korean hacker group Lazarus in laundering $1.5 billion. Solana and Jito have not responded yet. The plaintiff demands accountability for all organizations and individuals involved in the 'illegal crypto casino program'.
