North Carolina Bitcoin Reserve Bill Passed by House Pension and Retirement Committee

On April 17th, according to Bitcoin Laws, the North Carolina Bitcoin Reserve Act HB 92 has been passed by the House Pension and Retirement Committee. Before conducting a full vote, the bill still needs to pass through three committees: Rules, Agenda, and House Operations Committee.
