Argentine Securities Commission proposes to improve RWA tokenization regulations
According to CriptoNoticias, the National Securities Commission (CNV) of Argentina has proposed General Resolution 1137, which plans to expand the scope of RWA tokenization regulations and allow more financial instruments to operate using distributed ledger technology. The new resolution cancels the current legal restrictions on the digitization of specific financial instruments and supports closed-end mutual funds with automatic public issuance authorization to switch to digital asset formats. In addition, the regulatory sandbox period will be extended until December 31, 2027.
