Boundary Labs has completed a $2 million Pre Series funding round, led by Galaxy Ventures, with participation from First Block Capital, BlackWood, and others. The company plans to launch institutional level stablecoin USBD and staking version sUSBD on the Ethereum mainnet in the summer of 2026. USBD will disclose daily reserve status, net asset value, and agreement data, and adopt over collateralization and market neutral hedging strategies to reduce market volatility and directional risk.
