Bithumb suspends virtual asset trading with Heleket

According to the official website of Bithumb, due to suspected money laundering and terrorist financing by overseas payment platform Heleket, Bithumb has immediately suspended all virtual asset deposit and withdrawal transactions with it. The exchange stated that this move is to comply with the Specific Financial Information Law and the Virtual Asset User Protection Law and protect user assets, while reminding investors to use unverified overseas services with caution to avoid losses caused by hacker attacks or trading interruptions.
