Singapore sues former CEO of Hodlnaut for alleged fraud

The Singapore authorities have filed criminal charges against the former CEO of the bankrupt cryptocurrency lending company Hodlnaut, accusing him of making false financial statements and fraud before the company's collapse in 2022. Hodlnaut suspended withdrawals and ultimately liquidated in August 2022, and the case is currently under review.
