Special completes a new round of financing led by a16z

Special, a new company founded by Nate Cavanaugh and Justin Fox, members of the former US Department of Efficiency DOGE team, has completed a new round of financing led by a16z, with an undisclosed amount. The investors include Human Capital, Steve Davis, Antonio Gracias, Anthony Armstrong, Coinbase founder Brian Armstrong, and Palantir executive Sankar Krishnan. Nate Cavanaugh stated that the project aims to introduce the concept of government efficiency departments into the business sector.
