Fitch Ratings raises its 2026 Brent crude oil average price forecast to $87 per barrel

Fitch Ratings stated that the Strait of Hormuz has been closed for 14 weeks, and assuming it reopens in July, it will raise its 2026 Brent crude oil price forecast from $70 per barrel to $87 per barrel.
