Nuvei plans to acquire Payoneer for $2.75 billion

According to Bloomberg, Nuvei Corporation announced the acquisition of Payoneer Global Inc. for approximately $2.75 billion, with a total annual transaction volume of over $500 billion after completion. Payoneer shareholders will receive $7.40 in cash per share, representing a premium of approximately 10% over the previous trading day's closing price of $6.75.
