Intel CEO Chen Liwu stated that semiconductor infrastructure lags behind AI growth in terms of capacity, production efficiency, and power efficiency. Chen Liwu praised Musk as one of the best entrepreneurs of this century and confirmed that Intel is partnering with Musk on the Terafab program to provide technical and process support for Musk's self built chip factory to meet the chip needs of robots and cars.
