The Russian cryptocurrency regulation bill cannot come into effect on July 1st, and the review work will be postponed

According to Bits.media, Alexei Yakovlev, Director of the Financial Policy Department of the Russian Ministry of Finance, confirmed that the cryptocurrency circulation regulation bill cannot come into effect before July 1st. The bill has passed its first reading and will be reviewed by the Financial Market Committee of the State Duma in the coming weeks.
