POET Technologies: Laser supply may be tight or continue until 2029

According to Serenity, POET Technologies has indicated that the production capacity of the world's top three laser suppliers has been sold out, and the supply shortage may continue until 2029. POET Technologies is collaborating with new clients on a high-power external light source project based on the Interposer platform, with mass production expected in the second half of the year. The company expects its commercial partnership with Lumilens to contribute over $500 million in revenue over the next five years. POET Technologies currently has an annual production capacity of 1 million optical engines and is expected to achieve approximately 10 times capacity expansion by the end of 2027.
