[French Financial Markets Authority Revokes PSAN Registration of AUTOMATA France SAS]
The French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) announced that, effective June 30, 2026, it will revoke the PSAN (Digital Asset Service Provider) registration of AUTOMATA France SAS (operating as Vancelian com). The regulator stated that the company engaged in crowdfunding activities without obtaining the necessary authorization, and its management and key shareholders failed to meet the requirements for integrity and competence. The company must orderly terminate its related operations, conduct only activities necessary for liquidation, and promptly return control of digital assets to its clients.
