He Yi: Binance officially enters the Philippines

He Yi stated that Binance has officially entered the Philippines, and the Philippine SEC has approved BlockShoals Technologies Inc. to launch financial product and service testing within the regulatory sandbox framework. BlockShoals will complete system integration within 90 days, followed by user registration and regulatory supervision through its CASP partner Binance.
