Russian gasoline supply crisis spreads, affecting multiple Central Asian countries

The drone attack on a Russian refinery has led to a gasoline supply crisis, affecting Central Asian countries that rely on imported fuel from Russia. Kyrgyzstan has requested assistance from Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, and Turkmenistan to stabilize domestic oil supply. Uzbekistan's gasoline prices have risen sharply, and Kazakhstan has tightened border controls to curb illegal fuel exports. As of the end of June, about 90% of Russia's regions were in a state of fuel rationing or facing supply disruptions.
