Li Bojie: ABCDE Capital actually received only $500000 in Metaagent investment dispute

Metagent co-founder Li Bojie responded to the ABCDE Capital investment dispute, stating that only $500000 of the $1.5 million agreed upon in the investment agreement was received, and the remaining $1 million was not paid. However, the cap table still calculates ABCDE Capital's equity based on $1.5 million. Li Bojie stated that due to insufficient funding, the company's recruitment and research and development were hindered, and he resigned in October 2024. Prior to his departure, he had disclosed the cap table and business progress, and his subsequent entrepreneurial projects had avoided areas related to non competition clauses.
