NVIDIA's demand is projected at 1.222 million units, AMD's demand will rise to 530,000 units, MI455 demand is estimated at 1 million units, and MI450 demand at 500,000 units. AMD Venice CPUs will adopt CoWoS packaging for the first time, with shipments expected to reach 6.75 million units in 2027. CoWoS production will be handled by ASE/SPIL, Amkor, and Powertech Technology. Google's TPAmericaunfish is expected to ship 960,000 units throughout the year, with shipments concentrated in Q4 2026. NVIDIA's Blackwell inventory will be cleared within 2026, while Rubin shipments are projected to reach nearly 7 million units in 2027.
