Hyperliquid demands recognition from the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission that on chain protocols do not require registration

The Hyperliquid Policy Center has submitted a response to the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission, requesting recognition that on chain protocols do not require registration, non custodial wallets do not assume the role of financial intermediaries, and provide a clear path for regulatory functions on the chain.
