Bitcoin Japan raises $60 million through convertible bonds and purchases $4.08 million worth of Bitcoin

Japanese listed company Bitcoin Japan Corporation raised $60 million through the issuance of convertible bonds and used $4.08 million of the funds to purchase Bitcoin as a reserve asset in the company's treasury.
