According to the disclosure of the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Hanhua Group holds 15.6895 million shares of Securitize, with a shareholding ratio of 9.6%, exceeding Blockchain Capital's 6.0% and Carlos Domingo's 5.4%. Hanhua Group holds 5.9%, 3.1%, and approximately 0.6% of the shares through its private equity funds, H Foundation, and Hanhua Investment Securities, respectively. Hanhua Investment Securities invested KRW 58 billion in Xangle, Kresus, and Digital Asset this year, and added KRW 597.8 billion to Dunamu, increasing its shareholding to 9.84%.
