According to Bitcoin News on the X platform, LibBitcoin developer @ evoskuil stated that the latest version of LibBitcoin Server can complete the initial block download and complete verification of all Bitcoin nodes within 55 minutes. The speed improvement comes from a new GPU based signature verification system that runs in parallel with conventional script verification. The software captures signature checks and performs batch processing, achieving a signature capture rate of approximately 99.5% through GPU processing. If the batch signature check fails, the software will mark the corresponding block as invalid. This design keeps the GPU ahead of other validation processes and shortens the synchronization time across all nodes.
