Futu Clearing and TradeUP have provided 310 account information suspected of participating in insider trading of options to the plaintiff in the lawsuit. The number of accounts involved in the case has increased from 100 to 310, with 8 traders profiting over $80 million, accounting for nearly 60% of the plaintiff's estimated total illegal profits of $137 million. These traders were accused of buying large amounts of short-term options related to Futu and Tiger Securities in advance before the regulatory authorities issued the securities reform documents. At present, the above-mentioned accounts have been locked, and all account holders have not been officially listed as defendants. The case is still under investigation and litigation.
