Translunar founder Justin Ryan Schmidt sentenced to 37 months in prison for tax evasion

According to Bloomberg, Translunar Crypto LP founder Justin Ryan Schmidt has been sentenced to 37 months in prison by a US court for concealing $7 million in income to evade taxes. Schmidt declared income of less than $5000 between 2020 and 2022, but prosecutors accused him of earning over $7 million through fund business between 2019 and 2022.
