The United States Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) has issued a Notice of Proposed Rules (NPRM) to publicly solicit opinions on revisions to Sections 37, 38, 39 and Sections 1.52, 1.55 of the CFTC Regulations. The solicitation period for opinions is 60 days after publication in the Federal Register.
