According to Cointelegraph, Fairshake-affiliated organizations have invested over $1.5 million in media advertising to support federal candidates in Florida, Alaska, and Wyoming ahead of the House and Senate primaries scheduled for August 18. Federal Election Commission documents show that Defend American Jobs and Protect Progress each allocated approximately $500,000 to Alaska Representative Nick Begich, Florida's 16th District Republican candidate Sydney Gruters, and Wyoming Senate candidate Harriet Hageman. Most of these candidates have previously voted in favor of the 'Digital Asset Market Clarity Act.' During the 2024 election cycle, Fairshake has already spent over $170 million on congressional campaigns.
