[Jupiter Launches Lend v2, Integrating Lending Assets with Trading Liquidity] According to CoinDesk, Solana ecosystem lending protocol Jupiter has launched Lend v2, enabling deposits and borrowing positions to be used for trading liquidity, allowing funds to simultaneously earn lending interest and exchange fee income. The new version introduces Smart Collateral and Smart Debt features, applicable to stablecoin pairs as well as SOL and its staked asset combinations. Jupiter's routing system prioritizes optimal pricing and does not preferentially direct trading traffic to its own liquidity pools.

GnosisDAO initiates GIP-152 governance proposal and votes on whether to split the Gnosis App into an independent company led by the original team leader. The proposal has been launched on Snapshot, and voting will end at 22:19 (UTC+8) on August 12th. The required number of statutory votes to take effect is 75000. Community members can vote on whether to support separating the Gnosis App from the GnosisDAO system through a snapshot.
