[ENS DAO Proposal Approved, ENS Foundation Officially Established]
ENS token holders have approved the proposal for the next era of ENS DAO and completed on-chain execution, officially establishing the ENS Foundation. The ENS Foundation is responsible for non-on-chain matters such as naming standard formulation, policy communication, brand and trademark protection, personnel hiring, and daily operations. ENS Labs focuses on the development of the ENS protocol, ENSv2, and related product infrastructure. Governance rights of the protocol and control of ENS tokens held by the DAO remain in the hands of token holders.
