Attestable, an AI security startup, has completed a seed round funding of $20 million, led by Jamin Ball from Altimeter Capital and Yonatan Mandelbaum from TLV Partners. Attestable uses zero knowledge proof technology to build an AI universal verification layer and implements verification inference on the Meta Muse Glimmer 30B model on NVIDIA H100 GPU, with a speed of 85 tokens per second. Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin stated that the performance loss of zero knowledge proofs for large language models is approaching single digit levels.

The funds will be used for GPU benchmark pricing, performance measurement, institutional and alternative data, as well as risk infrastructure for derivatives, insurance, and credit markets. Silicon Data collects data from approximately 100 GPU rental platforms across more than 40 countries, processing over 150,000 price records daily. CME Group plans to adopt Silicon Data's benchmark as the reference price for its proposed cash-settled GPU futures, pending regulatory approval.

According to CoinDesk Research, the total trading volume of CEX spot and derivatives in July fell to $3.76 trillion, a 23.9% decrease from the previous month and the lowest since November 2023. The spot trading volume of CEX decreased to $727 billion, and the derivatives of CEX decreased to $3.03 trillion, accounting for 80.6% of the total market trading volume.
