According to Forbes, AI data infrastructure company VNet has completed a strategic financing of $5 billion, led by Coatue, with participation from Blackstone, MGX, T. Rowe Price, and Sixth Street Growth. The post investment valuation is $190 billion, and the funds will be used to advance AI infrastructure layout, product research and development, and mergers and acquisitions. According to Ali Ghodsi, co-founder and CEO of VNet, the company's current annualized revenue operating rate has exceeded $7 billion, representing a year-on-year growth of over 80%.
