[Singapore International Commercial Court Orders Freeze of Approximately $58.5 Million in Crypto Assets] The Singapore International Commercial Court has ordered the freezing of approximately 75 million SGD (around $58.5 million) in crypto assets due to a transfer dispute. The assets include 780 Bitcoins and 816,773 USDC. The case involves a major cryptocurrency exchange operator and a long-term client. The plaintiff claims that due to an internal ledger technical error, the platform mistakenly transferred 2,500 Bitcoins and 2,500 Bitcoin Cash to the defendant's wallet. The defendant subsequently converted and transferred part of the assets to non-platform custodial wallets. The court has ordered the defendant to disclose the whereabouts of the related assets.
