ZeroStack Corp. reaches $1 billion token injection deal with Puple AI and Blockcat

ZeroStack Corp. announced that Puple AI Inc. and Blockcat Pte. Ltd. will inject $1 billion worth of M tokens into the company in exchange for 3.5 million shares of ZeroStack common stock and warrants to subscribe for 36.198293 million shares of common stock at a price of $25.19 per share. The injected 925925926 million M tokens will be priced at $1.08 per share, and Rudy Rong will serve as the President of ZeroStack.
