The balance of foreign reverse repurchase by the Federal Reserve has risen to $373 billion, reaching a new high since October 2022
As of August 19th, the amount of funds held by foreign entities in the Federal Reserve's Reverse Repurchase Facility (RRP) has risen to $373 billion, up from $357 billion a week ago. Since August 5th, the cumulative usage of this tool has increased by approximately $56 billion, marking the largest two-week increase since October 2022.
