Ethereum community releases EIP proposal for deposit contract supporting post quantum computing

The Ethereum community has released a deposit contract EIP proposal that supports post quantum computing, introducing new contracts that support variable length public keys, credential metadata, and scheme identifiers. Deposit information is transmitted to the consensus layer through EIP-7685 log derived execution requests, and an irreversible mode controlled by protocol system calls is set to manage BLS deposit activation and deactivation. The executing client needs to merge new and old contract deposit requests.
