BMO Capital Markets has started to cover Broadcom, giving it a outperforming rating with a target price of $455. Analyst Harsh Kumar stated that Broadcom is a leading AI supplier in the custom ASIC and networking fields, and the world's second-largest AI chip company after Nvidia. Broadcom is in talks to raise $60 billion to $100 billion through debt financing to provide AI chip financing for clients such as Anthropic, with Blackstone and Apollo potentially involved.
