According to TechCrunch, AI assistant startup Instinct has completed a $250 million Series B financing round, co-led by Index Ventures and Benchmark. Instinct's total funding has reached $350 million, with a valuation of $2.5 billion. Instinct was launched by Spear Street Technology and is led by founder Noah Shinn. The product is currently in private beta testing. Users can connect Instinct to personal apps and devices, interacting with the AI assistant via text messages and phone calls to plan itineraries, purchase goods, book events, and manage subscriptions.
