According to a report by (Bitcoin.com), MicroStrategy Executive Chairman Michael Saylor proposed the concept of 'Bitcoin Reform,' advocating for Bitcoin to integrate into banks, exchanges, corporations, securities markets, and government systems, moving away from a dogmatic understanding of early concepts such as Satoshi Nakamoto, the white paper, and the notion of 'mandatory self-custody.' Michael Saylor stated that while self-custody remains a right for holders, it should not be a mandatory obligation for everyone. Users can evaluate institutional services based on factors such as custodial segregation, collateral, audits, insurance, and withdrawal rights. Bitcoin has evolved into 'digital capital' capable of supporting credit, equity, currency, and machine economies.
