According to research by Chaoxiang Research, a Goldman Sachs report dated August 26, 2026, indicated that Salesforce's 2QFY27 performance exceeded expectations, with shares rising 13% after hours. 2Q cRPO grew 14% year-over-year, subscription revenue exceeded expectations by 0.3%, and EBIT and FCF profit margins were higher by 50 and 400 basis points, respectively. The 3Q revenue guidance indicates year-over-year growth of 11% to 12%, with core business accelerating. 5% of customers have upgraded to premium paid tiers, and annual contract value (ACV) has increased by 60% to 80% compared to previous levels. Goldman Sachs reiterated its Buy rating and raised the target price from $242 to $271. Adjusted GAAP EPS for fiscal years 2027 to 2029 are projected at $16.83, $16.12, and $19.19, respectively.
